Trip Highlights

Namibia

Sossusvlei

First on the itinerary is a stay at the quaint Little Kulala Lodge in the Sossusvlei area, which is noted for its gigantic sand dunes. You can have a full desert experience here, complete with hot air balloon rides, quad biking, and dune climbing.

Namibia

Damaraland

Next, you’ll make your way to Damaraland. Damaraland Camp is tucked away in a quiet conservancy, ideal for seeing wildlife. This section of the trip is a great mix of educational opportunities and an actual safari. Exciting game viewing in the Torra Conservancy can be combined with community service. In addition, educational trips to the park’s beautiful, undeveloped landscape can be combined with guided nature hikes for students.

Namibia

Kaokoland

You’re bound for Kaokoland. Your final stop in Namibia will be at the plush and comfortable Serra Cafema Camp. A stay in these rustic tents is a great home base for exploring the Marienfluss Conservancy. Nonetheless, interacting with the renowned Himba, one of the world’s last remaining nomadic tribes will undoubtedly be the highlight of your trip.
