Terms & Conditions – Win a Trip to South Africa Competition

1. Eligibility

• The competition is open to residents of Kenya, aged 18 years and above.
• Employees, agents, or affiliates of Destination Africa, Kenya Airways, or Two Rivers Mall, including their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
• Only one entry per person is allowed. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

2. How to Enter

• Participants must scan the QR code available at the Destination Africa booth during the Two Rivers Mall Trade Expo and complete the online entry form.
• All required fields in the entry form must be completed correctly for the entry to be valid.
• Entry is free of charge. No purchase is necessary.

3. Competition Period

• The competition runs for the duration of the Two Rivers Mall Trade Expo: 11 July to 13 July
• Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

4. Prize Details

• One winner will receive the following prize:
  One return economy-class ticket from Nairobi to a major city in South Africa (provided by Kenya Airways)
• Three nights’ accommodation, based on Bed & Breakfast
  Airport transfers in South Africa
• The prize does not include travel insurance, visas, additional meals, personal expenses, or any other costs not explicitly stated.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

• The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries after the Expo ends.
• The winner will be announced 72 hours after the expo and our social media. The winner will be contacted via the details provided on the entry form.
• If the selected winner cannot be reached within 72 hours, an alternate winner may be chosen.

6. Travel Conditions

• Travel must be completed within six months of the prize announcement.
• Travel dates are subject to availability and blackout periods may apply (e.g. holidays and peak seasons).
• The prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or alternative travel arrangements.

7. Use of Personal Information

By entering, participants consent to their information being used by Destination Africa for:

• Prize fulfilment
  Marketing and promotional purposes (optional consent may be included in the form)
• Personal information will not be shared with third parties unrelated to the promotion.

8. Liability

Destination Africa and its partners are not liable for:

• Any travel disruptions, delays, or cancellations
  Any injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in the competition or acceptance/use of the prize

9. General

• Destination Africa reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition, or these Terms and Conditions, at any time without notice.
• By entering the competition, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.
