Tour at a glance

A safari honeymoon that visits Meru National Park, the Laikipia Plateau, and the renowned Maasai Mara, three of Kenya’s wildlife hotspots. The accommodations will be blatantly charming, the animal offerings amazing, and the setting changes stunning. In Meru National Park, Elsa’s Kopje Lodge is regarded as having one of the most beautiful settings and architectural styles in all of Africa. The guides have the entire park to themselves and will take you to see a variety of animals, including lions, cheetahs, leopards, elephants, and rhinos.

Loisaba Tented Camp, built to take advantage of unobstructed views across Laikipia’s variegated landscape all the way to Mt. Kenya, maintains the exclusivity.

Along with day and night game drives, there are also guided bush walks, horseback riding, camel treks, fishing, mountain biking, excursions to Samburu villages, and tours of the anti-poaching sniffer dogs. Then, while staying at Sand River Maasai Mara Camp, take a small aircraft into the Maasai Mara Reserve to obtain a bird’s eye perspective of Kenya’s expansive landscapes. The region is most renowned for having dense populations of big cats, including lions, cheetahs, and, of course, leopards. Even the spectacular Annual Wildebeest Migration (July to October) just serves to highlight the already abounding local wildlife that is waiting to be discovered.
