TOUR AT A GLANCE

Start your tour at the private NWS Hunt Camp, which is idyllically situated in the Maasai Mara. From here, you can observe the thousands of animals leaving for the Great Migration up close. Then proceed to Zanzibar’s breathtaking beaches where you may unwind and go on excursions across the region.

Spend your time scouting out the enormous Masai Mara plains in an effort to see the Big Five and the Great Migration! The tour of Stone Town will next begin, taking you through the neighborhood’s twisting, winding streets. Spend your last days in Zanzibar lounging on the beaches that look out over the Indian Ocean and Mnemba Island on the gorgeous east coast of the island.

In order to get to NWS Hunt Camp, where you can settle in, eat a delicious lunch, and ask any questions you may have about your safari, start your first game drive. Set out on your first game drive in the afternoon to look for the Great Migration.

Take some time to explore the Masai Mara and the enormous variety of species that calls this amazing region home. You will be staying in this location during the season of the year when you have the best chance of seeing the Great Migration. Thousands of wildebeest set out on a massive migration north during this time. The wildebeest and zebra will be attempting to avoid the numerous hazards in and around the river, including crocodiles; you may be able to visit the Talek River to observe the dramatic river crossings. There will be opportunities for you to participate in morning and evening game drives, which are frequently followed by breakfast picnics and sundowners so you can fully appreciate your breathtaking surroundings.

Enjoy a  half-day tour to Stone Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You will learn about the colonial architecture that surrounds you as you wander the crowded streets.

On the brilliant white beaches, you may unwind while taking in the view of the Indian Ocean. You will have the chance to visit adjacent fishing communities, go on a Dhow excursion, and go on spice tours while you are here. In addition, a variety of water activities are offered, such as reef walks, scuba diving, and snorkelling.
